Live at your Peak with personalized treatment

Dr. Sarah Evans, DC, MS

Dr. Sarah Evans founded Peak Chiropractic Clinic to help people heal quickly so they can achieve long-term wellness and enjoy their peaks, every day. Dr. Evans is always “Sarah” to her patients. When she's not in the treatment room, she's happy to answer questions via email and text.

While Dr. Evans enjoys treating many ages and conditions, she has completed advanced training in sports therapy and is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnant women. She also helps office workers achieve and maintain their long-term health through chiropractic care, exercise programs, and ergonomic workplace practices. Sarah helps patients understand the root of their pain and how chiropractic care treats causes, not just symptoms.

Acute pain from an injury may take just a few sessions, while chronic pain that has developed over time will require a longer treatment plan. Many patients choose to schedule regular adjustments for wellness care after their pain heals. Though she does not treat people over 65, Sarah refers Medicare patients to trusted care partners in the Old Town neighborhood of Alexandria.

When she is not in the office, Sarah spends her time with her husband and two sons, hiking, or traveling in the US and abroad. She has lived all over the US, but calls Portland, Oregon, her hometown. She has been to 13 different countries and enjoys immersing herself in various cultures.
